Rwanda constitution is clear on the women representation issue. Its not a priviledge but a fundamental human right!!!

My fear has and will always be that much as he told them,they never hear!!!They dont care and even dont pretend about it!!!

Women we are very late,our future started yesterday,if you are out there please scream aloud and do something about it, lets read and lead for we are the conscience of the society and the hope of Africa.!!
